the subtle nuances of a specific type of meat. Far easier to say "It tastes like chicken", which is a pretty inoffensive taste, to get them to try it and make their own decision as to whether they like it. ;-) Works for everything! By the way, you have to combine chicken with a little fishiness to get frog legs. Cheers, DrDeisel
