Hardware support has the ability to dispatch an engineer to go out to a customer site to replace failing hardware, etc. What we need is the ability to dispatch a "Guido" to go out to the customer's site and beat them up with a 2x4, baseball bat, lead pipe, or ballpean hammer whenever they do something stupid to the system. Now, if I could just find the part number for a lead pipe, I'll have this customer's problem fixed really quick. =D
