  That has two possible meanings by AndyA 2006-04-12 13:47:55
1) If she runs from inside to outside then don't panic.
2) If she is already outside and then starts to run don't panic.

Peronally I'd say:
If she gets outside don't panic, [action to follow in that situation].

But then my grammar is terrible, it's probably best not to listen to a word I say/type on the matter.
