I only get really bad I guess in Nov/Dec as far as depression goes. In march/april I can have mood swings due to the seasonal shift. Rest of the time I'm pretty normal actually. But more extream cases likely are different. I can be triggered into a bad depressive state any time between Sept and March however if something pokes at me and sets off my anxiety disorder though.
