It's more of a shrew than a mouse, but it works well and is USB with a retractable cable - although it doesn't retract into the mouse. It takes quite a bit of getting used to - especialy if you've only used full (and extra-full) size desktop mice. I'm also using an Iogear bluetooth mouse. It's a little bigger than the "shrew" (needs to be to accomodate the 2 AAA rechargeables), but it's not USB and doesn't come with a USB bluetooth base-station (my notebook has one built in).
