(SSLR) where you're *obligated* to provide it are employers and banks.

Both of which submit tax information about you to CRA and provide you with a T4 or T5 (or T-whatever) slips (a copy of which *you* submit to CRA with *your* tax return).

I hope you don't extend too much credit to this client over the years.
They *might* be getting a visit from a CRA auditor... and that sometimes means the business folds soon after.
