(SSLR) where you're obligated to provide it are employers and banks. Both of which submit tax information about you to CRA and provide you with a T4 or T5 (or T-whatever) slips (a copy of which you submit to CRA with your tax return). I hope you don't extend too much credit to this client over the years. They might be getting a visit from a CRA auditor... and that sometimes means the business folds soon after.
