music. It is almost 11:30 at night, 1 1/2 hours after quiet hours start, and they have their music cranked up and thumping loudly. It was so loud they barely heard me knocking. I had to knock loudly a few times and I heard one of the girls say something like"is there someone at the door?" At least they are nice about it and turn their music down when I ask. Actually, it is still up a good bit, especially the bass. I'll go knocking again in a second and if that doesn't fix it I'll call the Resident Assistant on duty, he'll make them turn it down.
