Well I'm in a duplex. Its the lady whose kitchen sliding door across from mine in the other house who is paranoid. She's got a mexican rug hanging over the window for fear I'll look in. I should add her blinds are also pulled shut. I only noticed this after I had to go out and tie my fence gate shut after it was wacking in the wind. But before that getting trash before I saw it to. So to try to ease things I started putting my trash can in the garage. But didn't work I guess. Neither did trying to remind her I don't have time and I'm doing other things... This btw used to be mental health housing. I'm the only one in here who isn't under care of mental health. They started to finally take others with disabilities in here. So I'll be living here while I'm on disability. But once I finally get a job if I go completely off benefits I'll have to move.(hopefully I can afford it if that happens) If my son moves out I'd have to move too as they don't allow overhousing(too many bedrooms). I am thinking of making sure I'm in the bchousing database and they are still listing me as wanting to get into the buildings in the city I used to live in. The wait list is 2-4 yrs but this building is also bchousing subsidy... so might count as an internal transfer which is faster. That way I could go to one of the other units closer to BCIT.(also they are little less wacky on if you end up with too many bedrooms they'd charge me $100 extra. They also allow working class unless I made quite a bit a year I'd still get some subsidy even if it was $20) BC Housing is good as far as home security goes and affordability if finances ever change.
