HTML form submission questions. by shorty82 2006-04-02 19:47:59
I have a form that posts data to a form handler on my university's server (site is hosted on the university's server) that emails the form information.

Is there anyway to have a few of the form elements not sent to the handler? I have a textarea on the form for a disclaimer (defined in the code of the page) and there's no reason for it to be a part of the email. I also would like to have a radio button set and the submit button information ("SUBMIT:submit", kinda useless) to not be part of the email.

Also, is there someway to make the disclaimer textarea to be uneditable?
