Dreamhost I have their cheapest plan and paid in advance one year. If you click on the sale button on that page you should get more info and you can click on that one to get a comparision of plans and what the offer. It does offer php4/5 and mysql is at I think 5.0.1. I do use cron and you can set up cron but for one thing I have cron running through a module and not settings in my user directory.
