WARNING!!! very dangerous physhing email going by Rogue1971 2006-03-31 19:24:34
around in canada

Just received an email from apparently certapay saying that I was sent an email money transfer, I clicked on the link and it takes me to "apparently" the certapay webpage where I am to claim my money

If it wasen't for the fact that I have received certapay money transfers before I would have been very close to getting fooled

it was asking to pick the bank BEFORE answering the security question, normaly if you succesfully answer the security question THEN you get to pick your bank

so by then I KNEW it was physhing but I clicked on my banking choice and instead of asking me to log in it asks me to register to online banking, asking me specific details about my bank card #, sequence number, when it was used last . So I closed the page and when to my banking and clicked on register. The pages are close but not the same, on the fraudulent site they have a picture of a $mybank's credit card, on the legit site its a picture of the bank card

I jusr KNOW an insaine ammount of peoples are going to be taken in by this

this one is WAY better that the "this is your bank, log in to your online banking through this link to fix a problem with your account" ones
