yup, only the NV40 chipset can be unlocked	by Freakazoid	2006-03-31 14:52:26
and only the agp cards use the NV40 (well, the PCIe 6800GT might use it) the PCIe vanilla 6800 is supposed to be a NV41, which lacks the exra units. besides, if future trends continue, i'll likely go with a geforce card again, as currently geforce cards give a better bang for the buck so to speak. (basically they perform better than similarly priced ATI cards)
