I have heard to buy XFX video cards and please please stick with nvidia. ATI's suck too. I just bought a new XFX 6800 GTX pci-e for 134 plus shipping with a 34 dollar mail in rebate from newegg. I have a BFG 6800 OC GT AGP in my current system and i have never really had a problem in any games. I have only noticed lately that Oblivion doesnt take well to it. Random crashes to desktop but I have played around with settings and may have had too high of settings. I have never ran anything less than 1600x1200 at medium to high settings with it.

*From what I saw in the reviews of the nv42 chipset you can not unlock the other 8 pixel pipelines either.

    yup, only the NV40 chipset can be unlocked by Freakazoid2006-03-31 14:52:26
