    This is a newish community. The house was by merlin 2006-03-31 11:00:00
built in '03, and there are still planned development phases going on, so they are competing with new contruction.

In the town I'm currently in, that house would be 200k+, most likely. But, as I said, this is a newish town/city/locality/whatever, so land is more available and property is cheaper.

It's also on a (for the area) huge lot. The lot is along the lines of 40' x 140', so it has a giant back yard.
