"Some have simply been lost by military personnel in a series of embarrassing incidents, including one in which an army captain left a loaded gun in a supermarket toilet. " Why does that sound SOOOOOOO familiar to me? Could it be the Easton cop who left his loaded service weapon in the 'Lone Star Steakhouse' two towns away while supposedly on duty? Naw, it couldn't be that.
