I figured out why they would want to charge them for this. Because if they let them get away with it, then it sets the example for the "Bad" CP's that if you use 16 year olds to take and post the pictures, then you can probably get away with it. You have to prosecute EVERYONE no matter what they intended, or you create big giant legal loopholes. But I stand by my earlier comment that the US legal system isn't about justice, just the law.
