I keep trying to process this, but my brain keeps spitting out an "invalid argument" error. I think this is an example of where a law intended to do good, gets twisted, just shy of the breaking point, to "make an example" of someone. Just goes to show, the legal system in the US isn't about justice, it's just about the law. And you can quote me on that.
