I'm confused. How old do you have to be there to be considered a (consenting) adult?
What I'm used to is that people above the age of twelve can only themselves file any complaint about child pornography or abuse. Not the parents or anyone else.
If you're sixteen, you're considered an adult. So, to me this is absurd. |
