I'm not sure what the intent of the law is, I thought that it was to protect children from exploitation, do the 19 and 16 year olds that were photographed feel exploited? were the pictures taken as poronographic images, or were they taken as artistic nudes? There is very little information in the article other than that charges had been laid. what happens will likely depending on the type of judge it goes before.
