wanted her dead so he could marry the woman he had been with and had kids with while he was still married to Terry. Some will say he wanted money out of the situation, but based on what I know I don't think that's the case. As for the government passing a bill that targeted one person, that was a result of the judicial not allowing them to get involved otherwise. It was a last ditch effort. Best, Shane
