Should be able to prevent the judicial from over-riding its own powers. In this case the judicial stalled the process long enough to let Terry pass away before the government in total could weigh in. As for her already being "dead", that will come down to your personal opinion of the situation. I think the overarching issue is the method she was allowed to die. Best, Shane
