I have to disagree stongly with you. Terry was already dead, had been for 15 years. The husband was willing to let her be dead, her parents did't. End of story. Terry Shiavo was no more "alive" than cells on a petri dish. There was nothing inhumane about it. The judicial can't do whatever it wants; it can, however, prevent the other branches from over-riding their own powers.
