With the following: Reminds me of the time, oh, so many years ago... We replaced one secretary's ibm selectric correspondence type ball with an EBCDIC one.... She came back from lunch and started typing and screamed at the gibberish produced... We, very helpfully, offered to assist... We spent several minutes "diagnosing the problem" and suggested that she reverse the ac power plug in the outlet (told you it was many years ago!)... While she was under the desk, we swapped the correspondence ball back in... She was thrilled the problem was so easily rectified. Then we put the EBCDIC ball into another secretary's typewriter and watched the first one tell her how to fix the problem.....
