I want to shoot whoever programmed the agency software for one of our carriers. I'm just trying to post payment for someone's @#$%^! car insurance; I'm NOT trying to release nukes!!!

The service rep helping me through it said in exasperation that the company really needs to book more training time for us all. I countered politely that that may be, but other carriers have a MUCH more intuitive system...grrr. *Enters coordinates of corporate HQ into the orbital LART*
