W:ET info - TeamSpeak CLI shortcuts by merlin 2006-03-30 21:39:07
Okay, so I figured out tonight that you can pass command-line parameters to TS and have it auto-connect to the server of your choice.

For Windows boxen, here is a sample command line:

"C:\Program Files\Teamspeak2_RC2\TeamSpeak.exe" wolfet.pyroteknix.net?nickname=<your_nick_here>?password=dustpuppy

There are other command line options available, but since we don't use channels or require channel passwords, they are somewhat irrelevant.

I can post them later if anyone is interested.

And the cool thing is, this means you can write a batch file to launch TS and W:ET at the same time, and have them both auto-login.
