I was pointed to the fact that Goole Maps has an API. One of the things you can do with it is create a Map Overlay with a polyline. In theory all you would need to do is set put the map in and add the coordinates for the polyline points. Will take some tweaking, but they have an example. qotdsubmit at this domain>overlays Without knowing more of what you have in mind I can not know if this meets your needs.
