Had I come across one not in use somewhere I probably wouldn't of known what the heck it was. But so far like I said I've never seen any where I've been in BC nor in places in west cost US I'd been. So it made me really wonder how common they are? I suppose I could sort of understand it in a hot city in summer for them. Because hot weather is hard on animals.
