I have an invention wish by Kickstart 2006-03-30 19:05:50
A room-temperature liquid that solidifies permanently when a voltage is applied. The voltage doesn't have to stay on, and the solidified mass should have the strength of concrete.

If anyone makes this and gets the cost down to a reasonable level, they will completely remake society.
