Red, Red Wine. Yeah, UB40 covered that one (I can't remember who originally performed it, couldn't have been Bob Marley could it? Some Reggae band anyway). When I was doing college radio back in the late '80's-early 90's I set fire to that one on the air (boy was the program director peeved[g]).
Let's see, my music taste pretty much runs the gammut, rock, '80's metal, blues, some jazz, 50's-late '70's country, classical, certain specific US folk bands (ok, one US folk band), Irish folk tunes (grew up on Tommy Makum et al) and yes, I've been known to listed to opera on occasion. |
