For one for me to venture a guess I'd need to see her belly. The saying in my family was that if it rounds into the hips it's a girl and if it sticks out more it's a boy. So far it's generally rang true. Seeing my landlord reciently before her maternity leave I guessed her baby is a girl so I guess I'll see soon. :)
