April 1st falls on a Saturday this year, so any workplace/school pranks must happen on Friday (tomorrow). So TODAY is the day to stay until after your peers leave and set up your pranks!

My personal favorite: Popping out and switching the "M" and "N" keys on their keyboards >:-D
