Pay sucks. Conditions bite. Management isn't. by wwill 2006-03-30 13:16:50
Full-time, no. Unless you're after a student work job, and then yes, always. This place is too high stress, we can't keep student workers. They lose it rapidly, all too often, when faced with the morons we have as our average user.

Luckily, some of the smarter ones who can take the heat are willing to ride it out for the experience. Many of them have dropped back in and thanked me for the great experience, they have it so easy in their new (high-paying, fun) jobs after having had to deal with our recurring nightmare.

I find it just serendipity that some of the smart ones are also physically nice to look at. And all of them, physically pretty or otherwise, if they can put up with this screwball outfit have to have very easy-going personalities.

In short, if they stay more than a little while, they're all nice kids, really tolerant and fun to have around.
