Weird support case (at least i think so) by sloth_guy2006-03-30 13:00:39

involved a mouse that was being used backwards, as in "the cord points toward me, not away" and "it isn't the LEFT button, it's the RIGHT button. The LEFT button makes some sort of menu thing come up. When I move the mouse to the left, of course the little arrow thing moves to the right."

Several minutes later after finally getting across the concept of "rotate the mouse 180 degrees in the horizontal plane" and no I did not use those terms with her, her left mouse button started working as expected.

Another good one involves the final problem ticket write-up which says, "Well, the mouse does look something like a sewing machine foot pedal...."
