Weird support case (at least i think so) by sloth_guy 2006-03-30 13:00:39
It seems that all the things i have put users through, the universe has decided to throw back at me. I have never in my career had so many strange or tough support cases as i have this week.

Today i had a user who sat down next to a computer, did'nt even touch it and still caused a blue screen. I witnessed this twice in a row as she tried to show me what she had (or hadn't) done.

I actually laughed and told her to stay away from computers today, strangely she didn't think it was funny. For everyone else, including me, the computer worked fine. I later learned she had taken the rest of the day off.

Next i'll probably get the case of the built-in cup holder...
