its deeper then that. Our gov't empowers peopel to be racist. I think EEO laws are teh biggest wholesale jumble of crap. I work in humanResource software and just by checking black you get bumped into jobs you would otherwise not qualify for. another good example when wife and i applied for home loans we checked other instead white and recieved tons of offers (when they found out we weren't insert minority/insert minority combo those rates were no longer available.thats racist to me
