a failure of a part *IN* the motor you should be ok but if the head is warped or if you have to replace anything that is not a gasket then you could be in for a bit of sticker shock if you want to keep the blueprint as they will either have to remacheine everything to match the blueprint or flat out not go by what the tolerances were on the blueprint.

BTW where the heck did you get a blueprinted motor!?!...those things are practically hand built and are normally balanced as well and cost a nice chunk of change to boot due to the effort involved in building them.
