Along with further huge amounts of cash poured into building up infrastructure, like schools, hospitals etc. Still going to take a while though. How long is anyones guess, but at least long enough for the current generation, who still has the negative image of the occupiers in their minds to pass through, and new one to grow up benefitting from the improvements.
