a Linksys, an AirLink, and a D-Link, by far the best router that I have tried is the Belkin Pre-N. It outranges all of my previous routers by at least 2x, does an incredible job in wireless-dense areas, has all the security you can get in a wireless router, and offers TrueMIMO. If you have an "a", a "b", a "g" and a "pre-N" client in your network, the Belkin will talk to each at their max bandwidth rate, not the rate of the slowest client on the network. It also has QOS that works correctly with VOIP services like Vonage. IMHO the best router on the market through personal testing. Be advised, though, you get what you pay for! I paid 149 for mine but have seen them on Buy.com for around 80 (sale price) lately (with free shipping).
