Well I figured out why some games were not working in SuSE last night. I had my monitor on to high of a resolution! I reinstalled last night and I had the same problems with the same games. So I tried adjusting the resolution to 800 X 600 @ 85 hrz. That actually worked! Most all games are now playable. Some I can live without. I mainly wanted Armagetron and Chromium. But it was good to reinstall anyways. I made my Swap file larger to take into accout for more ram. I don't know if that was a good idea or bad but so far it's working fine. Went from a 1.0GB swap to a 3.0GB (I have 1.5 GB of mem) 800 X 600 looks just way out of place on a 21" monitor Later and thanks again!!!! Xavier
