D*ll don't do $linux as a rule. If you buy one of a certain range of servers and ask really, really nicely, they will grudgingly install Red Hat. They won't support it afterwards though. They did release a super-low-price PC last year sometime which was allegedly available without Windows, but it wasn't on their site, and as I recall you had to phone up and face half an hour of questioning along the lines of "are you sure you don't want windows" before you would be allowed to order it.
