Win 2K questions (Please, no Linux comments) by klaranth 2006-03-30 03:25:12
Mrs. Klar is busy cleaning out her PC, and has decided to re install Win 2000 on her PC.

What is best to do?

- Install it over the buggy version that is on it now.
- Clear out Drive D and install it on that one, then later use the one on the C drive to explore and such.
- Just start up, stay in DOS, format C, start CD with Windows 2000, and install from there?

Ideas, suggestions, URLs with walkthroughs, all welcome.

I always let someone else do the installing, but now we want to take matters in our own hands and do it ourselves, but we are a bit hesitant ... After all, it IS Microsoft.
