There are 2 addresses in the instructions. One intranet (the one which throws the "server not found" error) and one internet (the one which throws the "invalid hostname" error I've never seen before).

I'm pretty sure it's not a DNS issue. My past experience with Firefox tells me that DNS issues result in the "server not found" error.

I have no clue what "invalid hostname" gets thrown by. But it looks more like a server error than a DNS error.

I'm thinking that the county isn't using the sub-domain name the instructions claim...
