...who can you trust? No backing documents? No comments from the wife? No one even asking for names or dates? Not even an "off the record" informant? Weak. You might want to stay away from custody cases if this upsets you. I have seen FAR WORSE decisions in my own family than this. You want to rail on something, look into how fathers have almost no rights in these cases. They only have the right to pay child support.
