  From the information given it does not appear by lab rat 2006-03-24 17:10:28
to be a separation of church and state issue. Just becuase a judge is ruling on a visitation order (he was not denied visitation BTW) and the contention is of a religious nature does not make it so.

Keeping in mind the child's mother has just as much right as wanting religious instruction. Me thinks there is much more to this case...
