Question about V for Vendetta (spoilers) by hadji 2006-03-24 17:08:31

When Evey shows up at her friend's house (Fry's character), he makes her breakfast, eggs in a basket. She comments on this as a coincidence, but the rest of the movie was based on the premise that there are no coincidences. Though, I don't recall any indication in the movie of a relationship between V and Fry's character.

I wondered if that was V in disguise, but that wouldn't explain his abduction as, aside from Evey, he worked alone.

Did I miss something? Was it just a coincidence?
