consistency as well. But that's not a judicial issue. The only reason I can see that something like this would be valid would be if an atheist was immoral or amoral, and as such lacking in will or ability to teach the child right from wrong. But that doesn't appear to have been the issue here. And that's the crime.

As many of you know, I'm not a fan of abortion. And I wasn't thrilled about prayer (even silent prayer and moments of silence) and such being banned from schools. But that's because I support equal rights. Maybe I support them in a different way that others do, but I still support them. That includes the rights of unborn children and the rights of students in schools to express themselves as they wish. I know there are a lot of other issues and gotchas with those to examples, but my point here is to briefly explain myself.

In this case, there were no equal rights. The father was never shown to be a bad parent. The judge is obviously biased and should be disrobed.
