Let me guess - the single 167MHz UltraSPARC-IIe, probably has 512MB RAM (some were shipped with 256MB and even 128MB, but those were pretty rare).

There was a 240MHz chip for that guy, IIRC, but not user-swappable - whatever proc you've got, it's what you got. Still, IDE drive chains (no SCSI) and a goofy riser board to hang your PCI peripherals on (just treat it gently, it'll work forever). I love antique hardware as much as the next guy, but I never did develop a soft spot for the U5/U10/U20/U30 (although the Ultra-60 was a decent piece of equipment).
