My back hurts, which is what I get for sitting up by Esteis 2006-11-19 12:55:59
for... going on 15-20 minutes now.

Does anybody have any advice on how to stop slumping, both when sitting and when standing? Right now I'm being pretty mindful, but I can see that mindfulness fading off and myself slumping again. Also, when the muscle aches come, should I grit my teeth and bear it, or 'relax', i.e. slump again, and go for "a little longer next time"?
I'm doing some exercises, but they're mostly based on "I think this exercise uses those muscles." (Aahnd, in looking up that post to link to it, I find that Feng Li has given some excellent advice already. Great guy. But all tips remain welcome, of course.)
