One story had moon colonists bring back an asteroid made almost solely of ice. Lot's of "asteroid mining" short stories, novellas etc. Are you assuming that we made the leap to fusion powr so we can do stuff like that economically? I LOVE this kind of "hard" sci-fi. Oh to dream . . .
