Any web/Perl gurus out there? by justncase 2006-03-24 08:52:39
I am trying to put a barcode (Code39 or another one that can be read by a handheld scanner) on a web form which contains a job number (5-6 digits). How can I do this? The form is generated by a perl script. The GP::barcode module for active state perl is crashing when it tries to generate the graphic of the barcode, it says it can't find the font. Is there another module out there that will generate this? I can get the raw 1s and 0s from the GP::barcode module it just wont generate the image.
